You are not doing it wrong.

You are grieving.

I know what it feels like

After Robert died, I used to text my kids every time I got home from the grocery store. Just so someone knew I was okay. Because he always knew. He always knew where I was, what I was doing, how my day had gone. And when he was gone, I felt invisible in a way I didn't have words for.

I was functioning. I was showing up for work. I was smiling in photos. And I was completely untethered, floating through my days like nothing was attached to anything.

Nobody told me that was normal. Nobody told me there was a name for it. Nobody told me I wasn’t behind, or broken, or doing it wrong.

That’s why I made this. Because you deserve to have it named.

What’s inside Nobody Told Me

☐ I wake up every morning to that half-second , before I remember. And then I remember.

☐ Nobody knows where I am. I can come and go and not a single person knows if I'm home or out or okay.

☐ I text my kids when I get home. Just so someone knows I made it.

☐ Some days I feel almost okay. And then I feel guilty about it.

☐ I don't know who I am without him. I was a wife. And now I don't know what word describes me.

18 things nobody names about early grief, and what they actually mean. Yours free right now.

When you’re ready to go deeper, I’m here.

Nobody Told Me is just the beginning.

When you feel ready, and there is no timeline, no rush, there are two ways we can work together.
